The cleaning is 10/10. The location is also good to disconnect for a few days. We have been there during a cold time and it was a bit cold in the room although I have to say that there were heating in the rooms and they worked perfectly.

A damage deposit of 300€ (200€ in case of Casa Bahoruco/Bohecio) is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
